FUTURE PLANS & OBJECTIVES

It is a very happy and rare historic event for me that after passing through a biggest journey of 26 years jointly with my dedicated colleagues, and having served as a Managing Director of the Bank since Its inception again this year I got an opportunity to serve as a chairman of the bank. It is only because of the unbelievable faith of the members towards me. I perceive this incident as a landmark, as a luck and opportunity given to me by ALMIGHTY and members, Share holders of the bank to shoulder this honorable task of serving the noble cause of the industrial developments and integrated banking services/ assistance to the needy individuals, entrepreneurs small borrowers and industrialist irrespective of their category/status through the bank.

Taking a look back over the journey through which bank has passed, we feel very proud that over the years it has played a significant role in industrial as well as over all development of the area through multicolour banking as well as welfare and humanitarian social activities in this vicinity. It has an unique record of many achievements and steadfast services and devotion to the cause of banking services.

At this juncture, I assure that our bank will never be found wanting in putting meaningful efforts in all spheres of banking operations. I am confident that bank will certainly scale new peaks in banking carrier in years to come. With the same team spirit, zeal & zest we will march ahead & ahead with further innovative and latest banking services to help the community. Following are the future objectives and plans which will definitely add feather in our cap.

	Opening of new branches. ( subject to RBI Approval / Permission )
	Modernisation of bank by implementing Tele-banking as well as Internet banking services in coming years.
	Innovative new deposit scheme for depositors.
	Higher rate of interest to Senior Citizens
	Milleneum business Utkarsh Yojana.
	Other different loans scheme with modifications.
	Launching of Mega Welfare scheme "Marnottar Sahay" with a maximum aid of Rs. 1/- lacs for the bank's Share Holders.
	Various training programme for staffs educating them for providing further more and better customer service and also to maximization of profit / generating high yield through banks various products.
	Banking services awareness programmed for customers.
	Various social welfare and medical activities to help the community.

With the history of glorious past and promising future I am With my colleagues, Staff & well-wishers journey to the path of progress and achievements and also pray to the ALMIGHTY to provide us good strength to achieve high scale in the banking industry in the years to come.
